The Alukom company, which implements the “Alucado Housing” program, is a family business established in 1998. Previously, its founder, Leszek Komarowski, worked in Germany and Greece assembling wooden and wooden-aluminium structures for Unilux AG.
For 26 years, the company has been manufacturing and assembling window, door and terrace structures made of wood, steel and aluminium.
The company also implements photovoltaic projects on building facades, carports, commercial building roofs and other lightweight structures accompanying residential buildings.

Since 2023, we have launched a program for the construction of single-family houses and the development of terraces equipped with photovoltaics as standard.

WHY ALUCADO HOUSING?
The word Alucado was created in 2023 by the initiator of the “Alucado Housing” program, Leszek Komarowski, and has no etymology. From a philosophical point of view, the word “Alucado” has exactly the same meaning as the first “gaaaa-gaaaa” in a child’s speech. The word is concise, simple and easy to pronounce by both primitive tribes in the African jungle and students at Harvard University. The rhythmic and hard-sounding syllables sound like orders in the army. The letters in the logotype were chosen to symbolize the scope of our activity (building and upgrading the energy efficiency of houses as defined by REPowerEU). To avoid any doubt – the word “Housing” was added to the logotype, which is unambiguously associated with construction and has an international meaning.
