This solution means a floor area of 65.3 m2, a usable area of 73 m2 and an external built-up area of 10 m x 7 m = 70 m2 – this is the maximum limit in Poland for building „on notification“. That is, we gain an extra two rooms, a larger loft and a large bathroom. On the same site, with no additional connections and on bolted foundations, where we can make an „addition“ in a few days!
