Steel windows and doors
They have unquestionable advantages. When using thermal breaks, they meet the insulation standards of window and door partitions, and at the same time guarantee statics that cannot be broken by other materials (aluminum, PVC or wood). The sizes of large glazing now depend only on glass manufacturers!

Photovoltaics in urban space
In 2023, we installed a photovoltaic installation (150 kW) on the facade of the Provincial Hospital in Poznań using BIPV panels plus photovoltaic blinds using a ventilated facade substructure.
We are now focusing on our own carport and pergola structures prepared for the installation of PV panels while maintaining the roof’s tightness to rainwater.
Our target client is large parking lots at shopping malls, production plants, warehouses and roofs and facades of these buildings.
By installing our PV installations, we provide our customers with a quick return on their investment and energy independence, which is a condition for maintaining competitiveness in the difficult global market.
Aluminum structures
In 2021, we installed a set of internal and external aluminum joinery with a skylight in the most modern laboratory facility in Poland – MOLecoLAB at the Medical University of Łódź. Thanks to the use of all available options in the field of thermal insulation and energy optimization, we have achieved the energy demand of such a large facility of less than 15 kWh (m2/year)!

ENERGY STORAGE
In the case of an external power source failure, we have our own energy storage facility, which allows remote control of home devices such as heating and surveillance cameras, eliminating the fear of the refrigerator defrosting. We charge the batteries from the sun or from the grid at times when energy is cheapest, e.g. at night, at noon, holidays, etc., and we use them when it is most expensive (this happens automatically through our energy management and monitoring system). Such monitoring will enable us to earn money on electricity, and from July 2025, the Energy Regulatory Office (URE) will introduce the so-called dynamic tariffs billed every 15 minutes.

water savings
n addition to electricity, we can also reduce water consumption by using a rainwater tank. It allows you to use it to water your garden and, after installing appropriate filters, also to power washing machines, dishwashers and showers. Additionally, the tank can serve as a buffer in the fire protection system.
