This model is created by combining two independently functioning Alucado Basic houses.

As a result, we have two separate and independent residential units. If you have a larger family or want your children or parents or loved ones to live next door to you – this is the solution for you!

The Alucado basic model always has a glazed wall on one front side. In this case, it will have such a wall on both sides! Therefore, each side of this house can be set up so that each occupant looks at what he or she loves most, which is either the lake, the rising or setting sun or the view of your beloved mountains, sea, meadow or forest. And from your bed in the upstairs bedroom you will always see what you love! And wake up with that view.

Our photovoltaic panel terraces will not take away the light in your living room. We have thought of that! On the first floor, we designed a glazed wall along the entire length of our house and installed a glass floor in the floor, so there will still be plenty of sunlight coming into the living room.

The Alucado basic twin model – has 120 m2 of usable area and still 70 m2 of built-up area (simplified procedure ‘per application’). And here we have four bathrooms. Two with a shower downstairs and two upstairs – next to your bedroom or workspace.
