Do you have a narrow plot of land? – The back wall has no windows – get as close as possible to your neighbour or the plot boundary.

Do you have a plot of land where the terrain is soggy and uneven? In the mountains or next to a lake? No problem. We will build a house, terrace, garage or footbridge to your lake on screw foundations.

And quickly!

The Alucado Basic model has a glazed wall always on one front side. Each house can be positioned “facing” the lake, the sunset or overlooking your beloved mountains, meadow or forest. And from your bed in the upstairs bedroom you will always see what you love! And wake up with that view.

Our photovoltaic panel terraces will not take away the light in your living room. We have thought of that! On the first floor, we designed a glazed wall along the entire length of our house and installed a glass floor in the floor, so there will still be plenty of sunlight coming into the living room.

The Alucado Basic model – has approximately, 60 m2 of floor space and the external built-up area is 35 m2 (7 m x 5 m). Here we have two bathrooms. One with a shower downstairs and one upstairs – next to your bedroom or work space.

When the two Alucado Basic houses are combined, we get a built-in area of 7 m x 10 m and make quite a lot of space (126 m2) for 6 – 8 people

We install photovoltaics on every possible surface (roof, terraces, back wall of our houses) to produce the maximum amount of energy for your home and car.
Each house is very bright and sunny – almost the entire front wall is glazed with a large terrace window.

ENERGY INDEPENDENCE

Energy independence guarantees low maintenance costs with full comfort, enabling the use of devices such as air conditioning or underfloor heating

ENERGY STORAGE

In the case of an external power source failure, we have our own energy storage facility, which allows remote control of home appliances such as heating and eliminates the fear of the refrigerator defrosting.

SCREW FOUNDATION TECHNOLOGY

The possibility of building a house on a sloping or damp area is provided by screw foundations, which allow you to start construction without waiting for the concrete to harden.

SAVINGS

We also reduce water consumption thanks to a system that allows the installation of a rainwater tank. It allows you to use it to water the garden and, after installing appropriate filters, also to power washing machines, dishwashers and showers. Additionally, the tank can serve as a buffer in the fire protection system.
